Summer Part Time/Sept-May Full Time
This program is ideal for athletes with summer jobs, other sport commitments, or families looking for a more flexible summer training schedule before transitioning into the full-time season.
Athletes will follow a part-time schedule from June 1 to August 31, then transition into a full-time schedule from September 1 to May 31.
During the summer, athletes will have access to two or three local training sessions per week, including age-appropriate strength and conditioning, trampoline training, dryslope rails, and local airbag sessions. Once school begins, athletes will move into the full-time program structure.
This program provides competitive athletes with a strong foundation through a structured technical curriculum that supports long-term skill development, sustainable progression, and reduced preventable injury risk.
Our programming strategy has helped multiple athletes progress to the Canadian NextGen Team over the past 12 years, while current World Cup and Olympic athletes continue to choose RTF as part of their training and development pathway.
While performance is a priority, we remain committed to creating a positive training environment where fun, creativity, and individual style remain an important part of the athlete experience.
For the 2026/27 season, RTF will offer a dynamic and flexible training program with multiple weekly session options, allowing athletes and families to build training schedules that best support development, consistency, and performance.
Once athletes transition into the full-time program, they are encouraged to register for up to six sessions per week. This structure is designed to help manage training load, energy output, recovery, and overall productivity throughout the season.
The coaching fee for this program includes two or three weekly local sessions from June 1 to August 31, plus all local, travel, and competition coaching from September 1 to May 31.
*Important note: Travel camps taking place between June 1 and August 31 are not included in the program fee and will be billed separately according to the rates listed under the Drop-In/Camp-Based program.
