Year Round Development
This program introduces athletes to age-appropriate strength and conditioning while providing access to trampoline training, dryslope rails, airbag progression, and on-hill technical training through two or three weekly local sessions from June 1 to May 13.
The program is designed to build a well-rounded fundamental base through a structured technical curriculum that supports long-term skill development, sustainable progression, and reduced preventable injury risk.
Our programming strategy has helped multiple athletes progress to the Canadian NextGen Team over the past 12 years, while current World Cup and Olympic athletes continue to choose RTF as part of their training and development pathway.
Athletes in this program are typically looking to improve their overall skill base, build consistency, and potentially progress into the Full-Time program in the future.
*Important note: Travel camps or events taking place outside of Alberta are not included in the program fee and will be billed separately according to the rates listed under the Drop-In/Camp-Based program.
